Boaz is the brother of my nervous girl, Bunker.
He, like some other furiends, needed 0 time to warm up. He loved me instantly and wanted to be by my side the entire 1 hour visit. 🥰

I had to shut him out of the room where Bunker was under the bed, because he wanted all the attention. 😅 He forgave me once we got to go on our walk, though.

Bunker is a rescue that gets nervous around new people. She hid under a bed at first. I sat on the floor with a few treats and offered my hand to be sniffed. She eventually crawled near enough to be pet. She came out, but was still hesitant until I asked the right question, "Want to go for a walk?!" 🤣 She showed her bravery and was so excited. I know she will still need warm up time for future visits, but I know the way to her heart now. 🥰

It was bittersweet caring for Leonard. Last time I was at the house it was Christmas and his 2 brothers Maverick and Gryffin were still with us.

Mav and Gryf went over the rainbow bridge one after the other earlier this year. I miss those boys so much. Leonard soaked up all the love and attention and kept me entertained, though. 🥰

I loved seeing Mav and Gryffin's photos throughout the decor. I always say "goodbye" like it's the last time with all of my pet care babies. We never have enough time with them. 🐾

I was always surrounded as soon as I came through the door at this house. 3/4 cats and Joey wanting attention at the same time. Good thing the kids were there most of the time to spread the love.

It was a nice treat when Otto (orange) would make an appearance for some attention, too. 🧡

Thanks so much for letting us take care of your babies while you were away Amanda & Jared. Miss them already!

One thing I love about pet care is that it's often a family job. My kids love to help and this time they were in charge of puting the ducks up for the night. 🤣
This was my view from inside while I gave the dogs dinner. Too funny. This is sped up so my laughing sounds even funnier.
