Hi everyone, Brendan here.
I wanted to follow Dave and Carrie’s announcement with a quick introduction and some reassurance about what comes next for you.
I’m with United Pooper Scoopers, and our local team also owns and operates Happy Dogs here in Muncie. When Dave and Carrie decided it was time for their next chapter, they were very thoughtful about who would continue caring for their customers. We are genuinely honored that they chose us.
In short, you do not need to change a thing!
- Your regular service day and frequency will stay the same.
- Your current price will stay the same.
- Your billing will continue as usual, with no new contract or paperwork.
The biggest change you should notice is a different truck and a new friendly face arriving at your home.
Dave is not simply handing us a customer list and disappearing. He is spending time on the route with us and walking our team through the details that matter: every yard, gate, dog, preference, and special instruction. We are taking our time with the transition because we want it to feel as natural and uneventful as possible for you.
We also know that trust does not automatically transfer with a business name. It is earned by arriving when expected, doing a thorough job, respecting your property, securing your gate, and being easy to reach. That is the standard Dave and Carrie established, and it is the standard we intend to continue.
Over the next few days, we will be stopping by with a small welcome bag for each customer. It includes a letter from Dave and me, a few goodies for your dog, a little something for you, and some information about Happy Dogs. There is nothing you need to do. It is simply our way of introducing ourselves and saying thank you for welcoming us.
If you have any questions at all, you can call or text either number:
- Office: (765) 396-6083
- Route Technician: (765) 620-5604
Thank you for trusting us with your home and your dogs. We look forward to meeting you and continuing the dependable service Dave and Carrie worked so hard to build.
