Caring for Senior Pets🐾
Gray muzzles are some of our very favorite faces around here!
As dogs and cats get older, changes can sneak up slowly, so they're easy to miss at home. Keep an eye out for:
• Stiffness, or trouble with stairs or jumping up
• Drinking or peeing more than usual
• Weight loss or weight gain
• Changes in appetite or bad breath
• Sleeping more, or seeming confused or restless at night
Many of these have very manageable causes when we catch them early. That's why we often recommend more frequent checkups and routine bloodwork for senior pets, and our in-house lab means we can get answers quickly. Have a senior fur baby? Call 870-425-6201 or schedule online and we'll help keep their golden years comfortable and happy.
