As a reminder, we have a mandatory pre-tournament meeting at Trader Bills Outdoors in Hot Springs on Friday, including dinner from Whole Hog Cafe North Little Rock - full event schedule is below:

MANDATORY PRE TOURNAMENT MEETING – Friday, May 15th 2026 @ 6:00 PM
• It is MANDATORY that at least 1 contestant, and coach or boat captain attend the pre-tournament meeting on Friday, May 15th, 2026, at Trader Bill’s Outdoor Store, 1530 Albert Pike Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913 unless prior approval is received from the Commissioners’ Cup Tournament Committee. Contestants and/or coaches or boat captains not present for the pre-tournament meeting may not be entered in the tournament.
• Contestants must bring the attached liability release to the pre-tournament meeting.

TOURNAMENT DAY AGENDA – SATURDAY, May 16th, 2026 – Andrew H. Hulsey State Fish Hatchery Boat Ramp on Lake Hamilton
• No physical check in – safely launch your boat and get in line.
• 6:00 AM (or later “safe light” launch) LAUNCH
• 2:00 PM – SCALES OPEN
• 3:00 PM – TURN IN (THERE WILL BE A BUCKET OUTSIDE THE BUILDING BY THE BACK BAY DOOR NEAR THE PIER TO TURN IN YOUR CHIPS)
• Once weigh in is complete, award ceremony will follow!
