Meet Stanley! This 1 year old mixed breed boy weighs about 25 pounds and is an absolute heartbreaker with his unique, speckled coat. With his one-of-a-kind looks, it honestly seems like he was put together using leftover parts from the dog building factory—but we'll call him a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel mix!
Stanley is super sweet, friendly, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. While he can be just a little bit shy when he first meets new people, it doesn't take him long to warm up and show off his fun, energetic personality.

I have not been able to see how Stanley does with children yet, but he is playful with cats and may chase. We believe he may be potty trained.

If you are looking for an adorable, pint-sized companion to bring some joy and laughter into your home, Stanley is ready to meet his forever family!

Stanley will go to his new home vaccinated, dewormed, treated for fleas and ticks, and microchipped. He will need to be neutered within 30 days.

A happy post just because.

Sometimes it really is the little things in life that matter the most. After spending time surviving entirely on her own in an abandoned house, this sweet senior is finally experiencing what a soft blanket and absolute safety feel like. Watching her roll around and just soak in the comfort is a powerful reminder to appreciate the simple joys we often take for granted.

Update: He has been caught and returned to his people!

This little dog has been running in and out of E State St near the senior center all morning and will not let me catch it. It was already almost run over by a dump truck and multiple cars.

If you know where this dog belongs, please call Animal Control at 417-926-518 so we can contact an owner. We need the owner to come get it immediately before it gets hit!

Meet Disco the dancing pup! This adorable 4 month old Rat Terrier mix is the very last of his litter still looking for his forever family. Disco is 100% ready to slide right into your heart and home! He is fully up-to-date on all vaccinations, dewormed, treated for fleas and ticks, and will come microchipped.
The adoption fee is just $25, with the requirement that he must be neutered at 6 months old. He is estimated to reach around 40 lbs as an adult.
