hello pet parents!
it's come to our attention that there are a few cases of kennel cough in the area, and we want to assure all of our clients of the steps we take to ensure all dogs that step foot in our salon are in good health, and protected from any and all viruses that may be going around locally:

our staff is educated on the signs, symptoms, and appearance of kennel cough, ringworm, and other kinds of contagious illnesses or infections that could pose a health risk to our clients, walk-ins, and our own personal pets. if we see anything concerning in that regard, we turn the pet away and recommend a vet visit before rescheduling.

our salon is clean and sanitary - we all work hard and pride ourselves on a safe, clean environment for us and the pets we provide services for.

we LOVE your babies! Lisa's Grooming Salon is dedicated to the health, safety, and comfort of our furry clients. in the time that we have been open, we've caught many conditions in clients at the door, and are proud to say we have never had a case of kennel cough come out of this salon.

we wish you the best of luck protecting your pets, and we will continue to be diligent!

It's unfortunate that I must reiterate our payment requirements. Our shop maintains a no-IOU and no-credit policy. As a small service-oriented business, we require full payment upon service completion. This basic premise apparently demands repeated explanation.

As a friendly reminder, we recommend rebooking your groom appointment at pick up. Please note that our staff are usually booked out for a minimum of 4 weeks. Although we can accommodate baths on shorter notice, grooms require advance scheduling. Most of our loyal clients book their appointments well in advance, and we also provide the option to rebook at pick up. That being said, please be aware that failure to book ahead is the owner's responsibility, and not that of our staff.
