Waterwheel farm has pasture board available for 2 well behaved horses in a 3.5+ acre pasture (with shelter) and a 2.5 acre rest pasture/alternative pasture. Pasture board is 600 including hay.

Hey everyone! My best barn help has given her notice and I need someone 5 days a week at Waterwheel Farm ! It can be split shift if you like or you can help out with other chores inbetween horse duties which include~
Turnout (7 horses)
Clean and bed stalls
Fill and hang hay bags
Return at 2 pm and bring horses in, feed pellets and set out breakfast.
Some of the other chores are cleaning paddocks and automatic waterers, dragging pastures, etc.
Pay depends on if you are a contract worker (1099) or a W2 worker. I will give you the choice.
We are quiet and drama free.

Boarding Available at Waterwheel Farm, located in Mt Vernon WA.
Waterwheel Farm has 10-14 stalls available beginning April 1st. We welcome dressage, hunter/jumper, western pleasure, or a sales program. Looking for one program to fill the majority/all stalls. May consider individual borders at a later date.
Exceptional amenities include:
- 14x14 matted European-style stalls
- Rubber paver aisle
- Heated bathroom, tack room, crossties, and viewing lounge with kitchen amenities
- 20 acres of grass turnout (summer)
- Large gravel turnout (winter – minimal mud even during wet periods)
- 220 x 66 indoor arena (fully enclosed in winter, open in summer) with exceptional footing
- 100 x 200 outdoor arena with hoof grid base for all-weather riding
- Stalls bedded with sawdust, timothy hay provided in hay bags, for continuous feeding
- Automatic heated waterers
- Night checks (owner on-site)
- Stunning Mt. Baker views and beautiful gardens (enjoy a profusion of dahlias!)

Today marks 2 years since Samantha Hooper joined the Waterwheel team! We are so so lucky to have such a kind, funny, and compassionate person as a member of our staff. Sam has become a wonderful friend to everyone at Waterwheel and the farm would not be what it is without her. Happy 2 year anniversary Sam! We love you!!❤️
