Job Opportunity: Dual-Role Morning Opener

Are you a true morning person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking Opener to join our team. This isn't just "playing with puppies"—it is a physically demanding role that requires stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to animal welfare.
The Schedule & Expectations:
* Shift Start: 6:00 a.m. sharp.
* Weekend & Holiday Requirement: Animals need care 365 days a year. You must be available to work weekends and holidays.
*You must have a driver's license and dependable transportation
* The Reality of the Role: This is a hard job. It involves heavy cleaning, manual labor, and being on your feet for your entire shift. We need someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
Primary Responsibilities:
* The "Flip-Flop": You will rotate between the Bed & Bath (boarding) and the Animal Hospital side throughout the morning.
* Kennel Management: Managing kennel rotations at the Bed & Bath, including feeding, watering, and thorough cleaning/disinfecting of runs.
* Clinical Support: On the Hospital side, you will assist with preparing surgical packs, cleaning medical equipment, and maintaining a sterile environment.
* Patient Handling: Safely holding/restraining dogs for exams or procedures and assisting with general bathing and grooming tasks.
* General Care: Ensuring every pet—whether a boarding guest or a medical patient—is clean, comfortable, and well-cared for.
