We updated our systems last week and found out yesterday that our online scheduling platform has been sending out appointment confirmations from several years back. It has also approved appointment requests that we have not reviewed. If you have requested an appointment or surgery on our online platform recently, please call us to confirm, as there has been a glitch in the system and people are receiving the wrong appointment dates and times.

We are actively working to resolve this issue and will update everyone as soon as this issue is resolved, and we apologize for the inconvenience!e

Hi everyone! Friendly reminder that Dr. L will be out of town tomorrow, 9/23 until Saturday, 9/27.
Additionally, we will be making some tech upgrades tomorrow, 9/23 and Wednesday, 9/24, and will be unable to process transactions or take phone calls, so please make sure you stop by today if you urgently need any food/meds! We will be unable to process transactions during this time and will have no access to our computers. We will check the voicemail as we can if you have non-urgent questions or concerns, and you have an urgent way to reach us if necessary on the voicemail, but please note that pets who need medical care will need to seek care at an emergency facility (numbers available in the email we sent out this morning for our clients). Thank you! 😊

Dr. Lindstrand will be out of town next week, September 23-27. During this time, she will be unavailable for emergencies. We will be sending out a mass email with phone numbers to emergency hospitals in case an emergency arises for any of our clients during her absence. Thank you for your understanding!

In honor of Labor Day, our hospital will be closed today, Monday, September 1st. We’ll reopen with normal hours on Tuesday, September 2nd.

🆘 URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR OUR WILDLIFE

Isabella Wildlife Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded and led by Dr. Cathy Lindstrand, is at a critical turning point. Every single day, we receive multiple calls to rescue sick, injured, or abandoned wild animals in desperate need of help. But now—we need YOUR help.

We are currently at max capacity and dangerously low on funds. Despite the constant stream of animals coming through our doors, we have been receiving zero donations.

We don’t want to turn any animal away if at all possible. But without immediate support, we may have no choice.

Someone needs to come adopt Marcel… this guy is so amazing. Loves other animals, loves and does great with kids of all ages… here he is willingly “babysitting” for us on a busy Friday! He is the best guy ever. 💕
