To our wonderful clients and fur friends,

We want to sincerely apologize for the sudden and unexpected closing of Double Hydrant Bed & Biscuits. Due to an unforeseen medical emergency, we will remain closed through November 2025.

We understand how disruptive this may be to your plans, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this causes you and your fur kids. Your trust means the world to us, and this decision was not made lightly.

We deeply appreciate your patience, understanding, and support during this difficult time. Our hope is to return stronger and ready to welcome your dogs back with the same love and care they’ve always received here at Double Hydrant.

Our Tahoe timeshare week is available this year for $700. Anyone interested, please PM me. We can help with a great itinerary and suggestions. This studio is in the Baldwin Bldg right on the lake with lots if amenities. Currently reserved from Sun Oct 27 - Sun Nov 3rd. You will love this place.

CHANGE OF COMMAND! it is official, Matt has officially taken over ownership of the DHBB. He has been large and in charge since July 1st. We recently had our official closing and opening with the Dept of Dog Law Enforcement. I want to thank everyone for 10 + great years. I love this kennel and have been blessed with having my family to support its success. Matt has been instrumental in that success so it is fitting that he is now "The Boss." I will miss you all and your fur kids. I hope to continue to help out when I'm around if the new Boss allows 🤪.

Our house dogs had a spa day today. This is a great place if you're looking for grooming or just to walk in and get your nails trimmed before boarding 😉. Hair of the Dogs Pet Salon

As summer approaches, we will be limited on our day care days. We have such a great group of doggie daycare kids that I will miss seeing you every week. Make sure you confirm future dates at pick-up.

Summer spots are filling up fast. Get your reservations in. If you're travel plans change, please remember to call and cancel so we can get those on the wait list in. Remember, we only take reservations by calling kennel direct. We reserve by the order received on the office phone, not FB.
