Happy Pride month! At Karma Kat Café & Rescue we love knowing we have a safe, inclusive and welcoming space for ALL humans. We have had so many wonderful stories shared throughout our eight year history, of how much it means to experience the joy and sense of calmness in our cat lounge. That’s why we always say, “Our space is your space”! And we all know Cats provide some of the best therapy. Remember that diversity is what makes us great as humans and we welcome everyone here. This beautiful girl needs a very specific home that can commit to helping her on her weight loss journey. Unfortunately, in a communal setting, we are unable to control her consumption unless we keep her in a cage, which is not fair to her, particularly after being abandoned already. Meet Abby, a big-boned girl with captivating golden eyes! This sweet, timid 11 year old desires a quiet home where she can blossom into her affectionate self. She’s thriving in her foster home and gaining confidence every day.

Abby’s “mom” passed away after nurturing her since she was a kitten. She’s missing her mom’s attention and affection and longs to be in a home where she can once again reign as queen.

Abby’s an expert napper, biscuit maker, treat connoisseur, and loves conversing with her human companions. She loves to play, preferably with you. She’s a lap cat that craves belly rubs and being brushed.
