Jackson and Juniper were caught today taking a break from their very busy schedules of chasing zoomies, investigating puddles, and keeping the yard under control.

These two aren’t a bonded pair, just friends who happened to pick the same shady spot for their afternoon meeting.

Juniper brings the ears, the confidence, and the “I know something you don’t know” energy.

Jackson brings the handsome good looks and the kind of loyal heart that makes you wonder why he’s still waiting for a family.

Both are sweet, both are available for adoption, and both would much rather be stretched out in your backyard than hanging out at the kennel building.

Until then, they’ll be right here, supervising absolutely nothing and looking adorable while doing it.

🫏 Come ride through hundreds and hundreds of acres with me and meet 80+ rescued donkeys! ❤️

I started the Donkey Tour at Let Love Live Animal Rescue as a way for people to come experience something really special while helping save lives at the same time.

These donkeys are from Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue, and now they have sanctuary here at Let Love Live on hundreds and hundreds of acres to roam, be loved, and just be donkeys. And now you can come see them for yourself.

We load up in the side-by-side and head out on a little safari across the property to find the donkeys, love on them, pet them, and spend time with them. Along the way, we also go see the horses, and then you’ll get a behind-the-scenes tour of our kennel building to meet the dogs of Let Love Live too. 🐴🐶
It’s about a 2-hour tour, and it’s donation only — with every dollar going right back to saving Texas dogs’ lives through Let Love Live Animal Rescue.

If soulful eyes were a superpower, Tate would be unstoppable.

Seriously… one look into those warm amber eyes and you’ll find yourself explaining why he absolutely deserves an extra treat.

At around a year and a half old, Tate is that perfect age where he’s left the puppy chaos behind but still has plenty of playful adventures ahead of him. He’s a sweet, gentle guy who can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give him a moment and you’ll discover a loyal best friend who just wants to be loved.

Tate gets along with other dogs, is cat-friendly, keeps his kennel clean, and is neutered and ready to start his next chapter. He’s the kind of dog who quietly steals your heart without even trying.

If sunshine could grow ears, wag a tail, and flash a smile this cute… it would probably look a lot like Juniper. ☀️🐾

Juniper is the kind of girl who approaches life with enthusiasm, curiosity, and just enough sass to keep things interesting. She’s always ready for an adventure, whether that’s exploring the yard, showing off her gorgeous smile, or convincing everyone she meets that she deserves a few extra treats.

One look at those happy eyes and those adorable ears, and you’ll understand why we can’t stop taking pictures of her. She’s equal parts sweetheart, comedian, and best friend material.

Juniper is looking for a family to laugh with, cuddle with, and spend all of life’s little adventures beside. In return, she’ll provide endless smiles, loyal companionship, and daily reminders to enjoy the simple things.

❤️ A Visit from a Friend ❤️

Recovery can be hard, especially when you’re not feeling your best.

Teddi has been taking it easy while recovering from pneumonia, but today she got exactly what she needed: a visit from her friend, Gloria.

The moment Gloria walked in, Teddi’s eyes lit up. The tail started wagging, the smiles came out, and for a little while she forgot all about being sick. Sometimes the best medicine doesn’t come in a bottle—it comes with four paws, a warm heart, and a familiar face.

Watching these two together reminded us just how much animals feel, love, and comfort one another. Friendship is powerful, and these girls have a special bond.

Please keep sweet Teddi in your thoughts as she continues to heal. We’re grateful for every good day, every tail wag, and every friend who helps make recovery a little brighter.

🚿 Manda’s Spa Day 🚿

After several days of very important business involving zoomies, yard patrol, wrestling matches, dirt inspections, and general shenanigans with her doggie friends, Manda was informed that it was bath time.

Needless to say, she had some thoughts about that decision. 😂

The blurry photos are actually pretty accurate because Manda spent most of her bath trying to convince everyone that she had places to be and absolutely could not stay still.

Despite her objections, she is now clean, fluffy, fresh-smelling, and ready to return to her regularly scheduled nonsense.

Sometimes rescue life isn’t dramatic. Sometimes it’s just a happy dog, a warm bath, and a whole lot of wiggles.

And honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️

Remember Wendy?

The little beagle mama who showed up as a stray with a tie still around her neck. Somehow, despite everything, she kept going for the one thing that mattered most: her baby.

That baby was Marley.

Today, these two are safe in foster care and finally getting to enjoy the things every dog deserves—soft beds, full bellies, sunshine, playtime, and people who love them.

Watching Wendy relax and seeing Marley grow has been one of the sweetest reminders of why rescue matters. What started as a heartbreaking situation has turned into a story of healing, safety, and hope.

Now there’s just one thing missing…

A family of their own.

Wendy and Marley are both available for adoption and ready for their next chapter. Whether adopted together or separately, they deserve homes where they’ll never have to wonder if they’re safe again.
