Those are REAL mats that our Executive Groomer Cat shaved off cats in our spa.

The best way to avoid matting is to PREVENT IT!

Depending on your cat’s coat, they should be brushed at least weekly (daily for some long-haired breeds), and scheduling regular professional grooming will prevent painful mats from forming.
