Well, it's official. My wait is finally over.
More than a year ago, my life changed forever. I found myself caught in circumstances I couldn't control, part of a terrible situation that led to a humane investigation and a long court battle. While people worked to make things right, I waited.
And waited.
And waited some more.
There were days when I didn't know what my future would look like, but there were people who never gave up on me. People who believed I deserved a second chance.
Today, that second chance became my forever home.
To my original foster and everyone at Premier Boarding Kennel, thank you for loving me, caring for me, and helping me along this journey. You gave me safety, patience, and hope when I needed it most.
Now it's my turn to start a new chapter. A chapter filled with soft beds, loving hands, and a family of my very own.
After all this time, I'm finally going home.
