NEW!

This year we’re adding GROUND CHICKEN to our list of fresh, local items — and each pack comes in a 1 lb package, perfect for quick meals or meal prep.

Not sure how to use ground chicken? Try these tasty ideas:

• Chicken burgers — juicy and lighter than beef
• Chicken meatballs — great for pasta or rice bowls
• Chicken tacos — seasons beautifully with taco spices
• Chicken patties — quick skillet meal
• Chicken stir‑fry — cooks fast and absorbs any sauce
• Chicken chili — a lighter twist on a classic

And just a heads‑up — this will ONLY be available at the Mount Gilead- Farmers Market, so be sure to grab it while you can.

My first round of chickens went in this past week, which means we’ll be fully stocked for the market this Saturday (Mount Gilead- Farmers Market)

This year we’re offering:
• Whole Birds
• Breast
• Wings
• Boneless Skinless Thighs

By request:
• Gizzards
• Hearts
• Liver

And… we’re bringing something brand new this year that will only be available at the market. Stay tuned — you’re going to love it.

Be sure to stop at our tent and say hi!
