Graduation Day for my little buddies Ronin (left) and Wallace! These two sweet dogs did great throughout the training program with everything. Today we reviewed all of their commands inside and outside. Each dog has their own personality and issues, but each dog is expected to behave the same. No jumping, barking, pulling, running away, Etc.

The clients were amazing to work with and very dedicated throughout the program. Like a lot of cloud, they want to continue on with more training so will be doing additional training lessons with both dogs soon. Before I left I made sure to give Ronin and Wally some playtime for being so good. And I gave them both lots of hugs and kisses for all of their fans.

Y’all congratulate Ronin and Wally (and their amazing family) for a job well done! And stay tuned for more posts on these two handsome dogs. 🐶❤️

Another great lesson with this 5 month old Golden Retriever puppy! Macchi is as adorable as she looks and she loves belly rubs. Today we focused on reviewing the Place command and crate training. Both are very important for a young energetic puppy who lives with cats. Macchi performed like a rockstar as usual. She is already such a different puppy than the one I met a couple of lessons ago.

Graduation Day for my handsome little buddy Petey! This rescued Pit/mix is super sweet and loving. We reviewed his Place command today with me ringing the bell and coming in and out of the house. Petey remained very calm and on his bed. Since he’s only 6 months old, we talked about tips to help him mature into a wonderful dog. As a reward we had some playtime which Petey enjoyed very much. I made sure to give him lots of hugs and kisses for everyone before I left.

Welcome Leah and Eve to the ABC Pack! These two sisters went from chaotic to calm in minutes. The Place command is a game changer and will help bring calmness to your life in any situation.

Each dog has their own personality, but each dog is expected to follow the rules. In this case, remain calm and on their own bed (Place). As you can see, they’re both doing great on their very first lesson! I can’t wait to watch them progress throughout the training program. As you saw in my post of Leah and Eve earlier, they are both very sweet dogs and love giving kisses and getting belly rubs.

Welcome my two new buddies to the ABC Pack! Leah and Eve are Lab/Pit sisters and they’re both super sweet. I’ve shared videos on the potential issues of ‘Littermate Syndrome’ and I encourage you to check them out. As you can see, they are both very loving.

When I arrived, both dogs were crated so we sat down for a few minutes to go over their behaviors and how we would fix them. Jumping and barking and being out of control around guests were a big concern for the clients. Both dogs learned how to come out of their crate calmly and without any jumping or barking. Then we taught them the Place command. We made a video which I’ll post later. They both did amazing and we ended our lesson with learning threshold manners and some time in the yard.

Here’s a short video of some of the training we did at Humane Society of Lake County Florida yesterday. Have you ever heard a shelter so quiet! I spent a few hours with the wonderful team there training the dogs. Our focus was on teaching them how to implement calmness and control from the dogs.

Shelters can be a loud and chaotic environment so it’s imperative that the dogs learn that barking, jumping up, and dragging the workers out the door will not be tolerated. This will help prepare them to be wonderful companions in their new homes.

There are currently 8 dogs there looking for a loving furever home. All of them are sweet and listened beautifully to our commands as we worked on threshold manners, heel, sit, and other essential commands.

The two dogs in this video are Luigi (walking with me) and Blaze (in Place). Both dogs come with a host a benefits including their adoption fee has been paid and I will be providing FREE training with their new families when they get adopted!
