Have you met Keni yet? She is the daughter of Jon and Mindy Schaefer. Grand daughter of Kenny and Cathy Schaefer and Sue Carson. Graduated with the Class of 2021 at Nodaway Valley. Has a degree in Equine Science from Ellsworth Community College. This past summer she attended NIACC in Mason City to receive her Dog Grooming Certificate. She joined Pampered Pooches in September. Happy to have her here and if you haven’t met her yet you absolutely should!

Usually when one of my girls stops out we take a break. I was about to put Kona back on the table and Kaley said wait Kona I want a hug first. Told her to sit down. Kona said I only give full body hugs! Such a gentle giant❤️

Miss Lucy aka Diva Dog here. I got to be groomed by Keni today. When my mom got ahold of Jess she was fully booked but Keni had time. Mom said go for it. I was a bit confused at first. BUT Keni is super patient and kind. I feel great! (I can be pretty dramatic) If you’re looking for a groomer call Pampered Pooches. You won’t be disappointed.

What I have learned this week having a coworker: DOGS are extra judgy when there’s two of us in here. New dogs that I have not groomed and they stare at me like this. They all are saying I can’t believe you are letting her do this to me! You should be ashamed of yourself! I’ve got to meet some pretty sweet pups this week❤️
