💙 Wishing Kim the Best on Her Next Adventure! 🐾

Over the past year, we’ve had the pleasure of working with Kim. We always knew MAVA was just one stop along her journey—even though we all wish we could keep her!

Kim is continuing her education and professional development with the eventual goal of attending veterinary school, and we are so excited to see where that path takes her.

Kim has made a wonderful mark on MAVA. She brings a genuine curiosity to veterinary medicine, an enthusiasm for pathology, and—one of our favorite things about her—a desire to always ask “why?” She doesn’t just want to know what we’re doing; she wants to understand the medicine behind it.

We’re definitely bummed to see her go, but even more excited to watch her continue learning, growing, and working toward her goal of becoming a veterinarian.

Thank you for everything you’ve brought to MAVA this past year, Kim. We’ll be cheering you on! 💙🐾

We’re excited to welcome a new face to the MAVA team!

Annabelle comes to us with experience working in a kennel setting and is ready to take the next step in her career by learning more about the veterinary medicine side of animal care.

She has a wonderfully bubbly personality, is a fast learner, and is excited to jump in and grow her skills. We’re looking forward to getting to know her even better and helping her grow into her new role.

We already know she’s going to be a great addition to our team! 💙

TODAY WE GET TO CELEBRATE TINA!

After an incredible 21 years with MAVA, today is Tina’s last day with us — and we truly could not be happier for her. ❤️

For the past several years, Tina has been working incredibly hard toward her nursing degree, always with the goal of eventually stepping away from veterinary medicine and into her new career. She did it!

During her time here, Tina has watched puppies and kittens grow up, cared for them through every stage of life, and gotten to know generations of pets and their families. If Tina has ever helped with your pet, you probably know she’ll take a little extra time to explain something, make sure every detail is covered, and make sure you leave with the answers you need. Thorough is an understatement.

This moment has been years in the making, and we have been rooting for her the entire way.
Are we going to miss her? Absolutely. Is it going to be an adjustment not having Tina here after 21 years? DEFINITELY.

But more than anything, we are SO excited to finally watch her step into the nursing career she has worked so hard for.

Congratulations, Tina! You did it! We are so proud of you and so excited for what comes next!
