hi everyone! just want to reiterate my policies again as i have had 7 cancellations in a week. i will be going back to being strict with deposits for new clients. this will be 20 dollars and will go towards the price of the first groom but will be nonrefundable. if you are a new client and you cancel last minute i will not reschedule. my cancellation policy is 48 hours or less = half price to reschedule UNLESS of an emergency. i completely understand health cancellations with you or your dog! i also don’t keep dogs so every 30 minutes i keep your dog after i text that they are almost ready i will charge 5 dollars. i hate that i have to remind everyone of this but the amount of cancellations i have had in a week is affecting my income. thank you all for understanding!
