It’s Farrier Appreciation Week and we have to shout out the amazing Sean Losee for his tireless work and support of our four legged friends at New Sunsets! 🔥🧲

Sean has always been one of our biggest supporters and is an invaluable member of our team, keeping our horses balanced and comfortable. As the saying goes, “no hoof, no horse” and we are so lucky to have a farrier who has always gone above and beyond to make sure our horses are well taken care of.

THANK YOU Sean, from all of us at New Sunsets! We genuinely could not do it without you. ❤️❤️

Everyone leave some love for Sean, who keeps all your favorite horses (and donkeys) happy and healthy!! 🐴🫏

Welcome to the new girl on the aisle - Tilly! 🥳

NSE is so excited to welcome Tilly to our program! Tilly is a 6 year old quarter horse mare on loan from the Snyder family. Her talented momma Stormy has been such a great addition to the barn, and we are sure her daughter will follow in her hoof prints 🐴 Tilly is a retired reiner and looking forward to trying out the therapeutic life ♥️

Unicorn Vibes for Spirit and our Pony Pals crew today! 🦄
~~~
Some of our younger riders got together for painting, bathing ponies and fun around the farm! Our Pony Pals program is fun for all ages and ability levels, focusing on ground based horsemanship skills. Students are grouped based on age, with sessions focused on building confidence and knowledge in a relaxed environment with our farm animals.
Spirit is feelin’ fresh with a mane trim and de-shedding session 💐🌞 Believe it or not, he still has a lot of coat to go before he is ready for the warmer temperatures! 😅
We are so thankful for this spring weather and the extra light in the evenings (thanks to daylight savings) ☀️🐴
