First, I would like to let you know how much I appreciate all of your business over the years. But it has become to be a problem that many of my customers reach out to me to schedule grooming appts. outside of regular business hours (9:00-5:00pm) with the belief that they can be fit in at a moments notice. There are very few grooming emergencies that necessitate this, and I am not able to accommodate an ever growing list of individuals asking to be squeezed in. Please be courteous of my time off and contact the shop outside of work hours to schedule an appointment at 701-824-4423. Thank you for your understanding.
