Phone Line Update 📞

Day 3 of no phone

Unfortunately, our phone lines are still down, and we are currently operating with only our cell phone line. Our phone service provider still doesn’t have an estimated time this time when this issue will be resolved it was supposed to be resolved two days ago. We were informed yesterday that the issue would be resolved within a few hours however, our phone service remained unavailable throughout the day. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

As we currently have only one phone line available, you may receive a busy signal. If that happens, please continue trying, as we will answer calls as quickly as possible.We will provide another update as soon as our phone service has been fully restored.

There is a phone outage in our area they said it could take up to a couple of hours before the issue is resolved the phone company will update us as soon as they are fixed. Today we'll be drawing the winner of our $1,000 Veterinary Credit Raffle! Before we announce the winner, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to every single person who purchased a ticket, donated, shared our fundraiser, or helped spread the word. Your generosity and support have made a meaningful difference. Because of this incredible community, we've been able to raise funds to help the Moses Lake Police Department purchase a new K-9 officer. We are so grateful to everyone who came together to support this important cause.
