-Looking for overall help around our Performance Dressage facility M-F in the AM. Job responsibilities include but not limited to daily: Cleaning of stalls, sweeping, weeding, cleaning, feeding, grooming, braiding, tacking of horses, assisting owners and trainers with all daily/weekly duties.
-Great opportunity offering exposure to one of the Nations leading Friesian Reproductive Programs:
Our onsite Stallion Station and Reproduction Facility stands multiple Approved Friesian and Barock Pinto Stallions, we manage the breeding for all our in-house mares. All our staff gain extensive knowledge of a fully functional equine reproduction department. We do onsite stallion collection, fresh cooled shipping, Cryo Freezing, Artificial Insemination, Embryo Transfer, Embryo Vitrification, plus much much more!

2025 Stal Extreme Spring Symposium, April 19th and 20th in Moscow, Idaho

About Imke:
Imke Schellekens-Bartels is a very passionate and ambitious Multi Olympic dressage Competitor. As the daughter of Olympian Tineke Bartels, she has had the very best in education that a dressage competitor could wish for.

Imke therefore belongs to the absolute world's top in equestrian sports, both as an competitor, but now also as a coach. In addition to being successful in the saddle, Imke is also active in various, other areas within the equestrian sector.

She graduated through KNHS as a 'top coach level 5' and guides various national and international riders and competitors in their careers on a daily basis. She also served as national coach of the ponies and Children dressage from 2019 to 2023. In addition, she provides the multi-day training packages at Academy Bartels in the Netherlands.

Unfortunately, some unforeseen scheduling conflicts have arose with Christine Traurig due to her commitments as Chef d'Equipe with the US Olympic Team. Christine is not able to attend.

But... Do not Panic!!!
Our dedication to bringing the top riders and trainers from around the world still remains. We have Pivoted our April Symposium to be held in partnership with a Multiple Olympian and Teams Medalist, Dutch Team Trainer, World Champion, and Multiple European Champion, plus a medalist at the World Cup...

Our onsite Stallion station stands multiple Approved Friesian and Barock Pinto Stallions, we manage the breeding for all our in-house mares and are looking to add 2 well qualified individuals who want to learn everything there is to know about the equine reproduction world. We do onsite collection, fresh cooled shipping, Cryo freezing, AI, Embryo Transfer, plus much much more!

We offer some wonderful programs for College/Working students, and believe in a health work/life balance.

Due to a recent case of EHM in Cheney, WA
At the advice of our vet:
Stal Extreme will remain completely closed to anyone coming or going with horses. No horses are allowed to enter or exit the facility.

All clinics, training, and competitions will be on hold until the appropriate risks are addressed and eliminated.

It is the goal of Stal Extreme to protect all the horses associated with these potential risks. Please feel free to message us with comments, or concerns.
