A friendly reminder from Bjorn:

Dog grooming is one of the few professions where we literally care for your pet from the tip of their nose to the tip of their tail. We trim nails, clean ears, brush teeth, bathe, dry, de-shed, style coats, and yes—we also clean up accidents, vomit, and anything else that may happen during the grooming process.

We are not a nail salon, housekeeping service, or waste management crew, yet we often perform all of those duties while ensuring your pet remains comfortable, safe, and properly cared for throughout their appointment.

Every dog is different. Some pets require extra patience, additional handling, breaks, reassurance, or specialized care. If the dog ahead of yours takes a little longer than expected, please understand that we are providing them the same level of attention, safety, and compassion that we will provide to your dog.

Our priority is not simply getting dogs in and out. Our responsibility is to groom each pet safely, maintain proper handling practices, monitor their comfort, and deliver quality care in the most efficient manner possible.
