Sharing for 2 dogs, within this rescue group I foster for, that need medical treatment. My foster dog, Gretchen the Border Collie, is HeartWorm positive. She will be starting treatment soon. Every dollar helps 🙏

❤️🐾 HELP US HELP THEM… BECAUSE EVERY DOG DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE! 🐾❤️

At Australian Shepherds Furever, we believe every dog deserves a chance at a happy, healthy life filled with love, adventure, and a family to call their own. ❤️

Over the past six months, we have welcomed several dogs into rescue who desperately needed heartworm treatment, just like our sweet Gretchen. 🐶💕

We've also opened our hearts and said YES to dogs facing serious medical challenges, like handsome Austin. Dogs whose medical needs are overwhelming, whose futures were uncertain, and who simply needed someone willing to give them a fighting chance. 💔

And while saying YES is the easy part for our hearts, providing the medical care these precious souls need comes at a tremendous cost.

That's where YOU make all the difference! ❤️

Every donation, no matter how small, helps us provide lifesaving treatments, veterinary care, medications, and the opportunity for these deserving dogs to heal and thrive.

🐾 Every dollar makes a difference.
🐾 Every share helps spread the word.
🐾 Every act of kindness gives another dog hope.

Gretchen, Austin, and so many others have a chance at a brighter tomorrow because people like YOU care enough to help.

Without your generosity, many of these dogs might never get the opportunity to experience the wonderful life and next BIG adventure waiting for them. 🏡🐕💕

🙏 PLEASE CONSIDER DONATING TODAY!

Help us continue saying YES to the dogs who need us most. Because somewhere out there, another Gretchen or Austin is waiting for someone to believe they're worth saving.

❤️ Together, we can turn heartbreak into HAPPY TAILS! 🐾

Toby has crossed the rainbow bridge 😔💔.

I’ve been caring for him since towards the beginning of my business, maybe 11/12ish years or so. When he was a puppy, I would bring my now oldest dog (Tsunami) along sometimes for play dates. Not too long after that, his pawrents got him a little Doodle sister, Thea. They were practically inseparable; his little shadow was almost always right by his side. He was a wonderful big brother to Thea & then to his little human sister as well. He was one of the best fur friends- always happy to see me & would give the cutest Woo Woo barks when I’d arrive. Such a friendly, easygoing, & well behaved guy. For over a decade, we’d shared so many walks, sleepovers, cuddles, & playtimes together. So hard to think that come Monday there will only be one Doodle there to greet me & only 1 leash to hold onto. My heart hurts. He will be sorely missed by all that had the pleasure to know him. Rest easy, buddy 🐾🫶

Today was a tough one. I’ve been caring for Suzy for over a decade. Back in the day, I took care of Suz & her “brother” (named Booker). Years ago, their pawrents did end up splitting up; and sadly, I wasn’t able to go out of state to continue care for Booker. Suzy and her remaining pawrent eventually moved, but stayed within my service area, so we just continued on. Now, her pawrent has to move (too far out of my service area)- so we are forced to discontinue service. I will miss her a TON. I’ve been caring for her pretty regularly, for approx as long as my own personal oldest dog (Tsunami). She’s always reminded me of Tsu- short, stout, sweet, always sporting a smile. Hard to comprehend that today was my last one with Suzy ever 😢💔

First pic here was first pic I ever took of them. Last pic was from today. What a journey ✨
