Due to a high amount of late arrivals, we wanted to send out a friendly reminder about our drop-off policy.
With Sidney's maternity leave quickly approaching, our schedule is very full and we have limited flexibility to accommodate late arrivals. We understand that life happens and that running a few minutes behind is sometimes unavoidable, which is exactly why we ask clients to plan on arriving within the 15-minute window before their scheduled appointment time. This gives everyone a little cushion and helps keep the day running smoothly.
If you find yourself running late, please send us a quick text or call to let us know. Clients who arrive after their scheduled appointment time without communication may be considered a no-show and subject to a no-show fee charged to the card on file.
We reserve dedicated time for every pet and appreciate your help in keeping us on schedule so we can provide the best experience possible for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!🫶
