Due to a high amount of late arrivals, we wanted to send out a friendly reminder about our drop-off policy.

With Sidney's maternity leave quickly approaching, our schedule is very full and we have limited flexibility to accommodate late arrivals. We understand that life happens and that running a few minutes behind is sometimes unavoidable, which is exactly why we ask clients to plan on arriving within the 15-minute window before their scheduled appointment time. This gives everyone a little cushion and helps keep the day running smoothly.

If you find yourself running late, please send us a quick text or call to let us know. Clients who arrive after their scheduled appointment time without communication may be considered a no-show and subject to a no-show fee charged to the card on file.

We reserve dedicated time for every pet and appreciate your help in keeping us on schedule so we can provide the best experience possible for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!🫶

Our schedule is filling up quickly, and with limited availability remaining for 2026, we strongly encourage all current clients to pre-book their appointments through the end of the year.

To ensure your pup stays on a consistent grooming schedule and to secure your preferred days and times, please reach out as soon as possible to reserve your future appointments.

At this time, we are prioritizing and scheduling appointments for our existing clients only.

As of July 1st, we will not be offing Saturday appointments until further notice. If you have an appointment after July 1st, please contact us to reschedule.
