Meet some of the people behind Rancho Reposo. 🤍🐴

Behind the daily care, the early mornings, and every moment we share with our giants are people who have truly gotten to know them.

And when we asked them about some of their favorite Friesians, their answers went far beyond just naming a horse.

For Yusmary, Thor represents intelligence and attentiveness, while Casanova reminds her of the peace a horse can bring simply by being there.

For Jhon, Jady holds a special place in his heart because when he’s out in the pasture, Jady is the one who comes looking for him.

Olinder remembers Brand Fan as the horse who taught him about leadership and trust, while Friso S stands out for his calm nature, intelligence, and willingness to learn.

Yarbic felt an immediate connection with Dylan, while her relationship with Luna has grown slowly, one moment of trust at a time.

And for Jose, Zeus taught him that trust is earned with patience, while Pereza has become his safe place whenever he needs a little peace.

Because at Rancho Reposo, every one of our giants has a personality of their own… and a different story with the people who share their days with them. 🤍

This is our team. And these are some of the connections that make Rancho Reposo so special.

There’s a big difference between getting a horse to do something and giving them the freedom to choose it. 🐴🌊
That’s why moments like this mean so much to us.
It’s not just about watching our giants walk into the water. It’s about everything that had to be built for them to choose to do it.

Things that happen at Rancho Reposo that seem impossible. 🤍
Hay una gran diferencia entre conseguir que un caballo haga algo y darle la libertad de elegir hacerlo. 🐴🌊
Por eso momentos como este significan tanto para nosotros.
No se trata solamente de ver a nuestros gigantes entrar al agua. Se trata de entender todo lo que tuvo que construirse para que decidieran hacerlo.
Cosas que pasan en Rancho Reposo y parecen imposibles. 🤍

Hay nombres que se ganan por casualidad… y otros que parecen hechos a la medida. ⚡️
A River muchos lo conocen como “Thor”, y basta verlo para entender por qué.
Es uno de los más jóvenes de nuestra manada, inteligente, curioso y con esa presencia que hace difícil no mirarlo cuando aparece. Pero detrás de toda esa imponencia hay un gigante que todavía tiene mucho por descubrir, aprender y enseñarnos.
River nos recuerda algo que a veces olvidamos: ser joven no significa tener menos que aportar. La inteligencia también está en observar, aprender y encontrar tu propio lugar dentro de la manada.
Quizás por eso “Thor” le queda tan bien. ⚡️🐴
Tiene la presencia de un gigante… y una historia que apenas está comenzando.
