DRY STALLS AVAILABLE- Located in Morriston between HITS and WEC (Hwy 41/464b), Oakton Farm is a privately owned 20 acre luxury farm with a 12 stall concrete courtyard style barn. 3-6 stalls available immediately and 6 stalls available for the winter season. Owner is a veterinarian and lives on site. No living accommodations offered at this time. Amenities include:
• oversized, airy, well lit block stalls with Stable Comfort mattress systems (same as WEC).
• 2 indoor wash racks with hot and cold water
• 4 sets of cross ties
• 2 faucets to each stall for easy watering
• overhead fly spray system
• ceiling fans in each stall
• live feed HD cameras in each stall
• climate controlled tack room, trunk storage, bathroom and laundry
• covered shavings storage
• large grass jump arena with show quality jumps including gates, walls, and Liverpool
• 8 large grass turnouts with shade trees and automatic waterers
• property is gated with black 4 board fencing
