Hello everyone,
I know I've been MIA lately and I first and foremost wanted to apologize to all of my clients for the lack of response lately.
This last year has been extremely difficult for me to manage. I went through lots of changes, and somehow made it out on the other side. But it wasn't without a lot of emotional turmoil in the process.
When I started Opal Mobile Grooming, it came from a place of love for animals and passion for what I do. I was able to care for animals and for that I am forever proud of myself to take on such a big responsibility during such a difficult time in my life.
However, the stress of the business and the constant maintenance of the van has become too much for me as one person to navigate during this time mentally and also physically, ever since I got injured a few months back.
It is with an extremely heavy heart that I am no longer going to be mobile grooming.
This decision did not come lightly. I love every single pet I work with like they're my own. I have been grooming for almost 5 years. I put my everything into it. Literal blood, sweat, and tears. I got to know each and every pet and their owner on a personal level. I spent countless hours trying to perfect my skills. There were times that I never thought I'd make it this far. But I did, and for that I will forever be grateful for the purpose that pet grooming gave me when I needed one the most.
With this being said, I am working on creating a space where I can still groom pets comfortably and they will come to me. I will keep everyone updated on this as well.
Thank you all so much for the support throughout the years. It means everything to me and it will never be forgotten.
This isn't goodbye, but rather see you later, and in a different setting.
