Tater Tot Sloppy Joe Skillet

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup sloppy joe sauce

1 bag frozen tater tots

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar

1/2 cup mozzarella

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Brown ground beef in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

3. Drain excess grease.

4. Stir in sloppy joe sauce until the beef is evenly coated.

5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella over the beef mixture.

6. Arrange frozen tater tots on top.

7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crisp.

8. Serve hot.
