Some shoes I did yesterday. One is just some eventers the other is a kahn omni with a 2° wedge and a clear medium soft 2 part fill. Hes old and likes this package due to some navicular issues but he is a sweat horse and these shoes keep him happy 🤘

Today is the maiden voyage for the new rig, im still learning it but I already love the efficiency and organization. Also, this gorgeous horse is one of the easiest and most pleasant to shoe on my route. Thanks to Wendy Kops for the horse model. And she is sporting kahn CERTIFIER's, always a joy to shape and fit🤘

Well some big steps in Reagan farrier service. Tomorrow im heading to my friend Hunter Pelham to purchase the next rig for shoeing. This will make everything easier to manage and work from and streamline the business. Huge steps! Im gonna miss my blue truck but my wife is gonna take good care of it for me. Kinda late but ive been busy since feb. The 2026 international hoof care summit was once again a very enjoyable and intriguing event. I learned some things and made some friends and all together feel I made myself and the business better for all of you. I am now a member of the MHA ( Michigan horseshoers association) and the AFA ( American farriers association) big changes and advancements coming for Reagan farrier service! Here is to another year 💪

I got these maybe a month ago, and noticed other day this chip. I don't know what happened. Could have dropped them on concrete, could have had a horse step on them, could have even clipped a pebble in the foot. Regardless, I figured i would mention it to nick Denson as he is the rep for kahn. I figured they should know in case its a issue, with no intention of gaining anything. I was going to buy another pair and keep these as back up or have them repaired. Kahn stands by their product so much he mailed me a new pair! That's how much they care about the product they sell and the clients they sell them to. This is why my truck is predominantly kahn products. Thank you nick and the crew. I cant tag him on this page but if any of my fellow farrier need tools or shoes I cant suggest kahn enough ❤️ Kahn Forge, Inc.

Until Monday, August 11th I’ll be trail riding in the Upper Peninsula with the Wife and some friends.

Service will be very limited, so responses will be low for the 8 to 9 days.

Some exciting news. While at the hoof care summit trade show I signed up to be a dealer for life data ( many products like hoof clay, farriers finish for thrush and the most commonly known product farriers formula) so this summer i will probably carry these products on the truck to some extent and sell them. I will probably start small and build up a line of products based on need so if anything interests you let me know. They have many products for non sweating, and insulin resistance, laminitis and cushings and they even have a dog supplement.

The trade show was amazing as usual, huge shout out to Kahn shoes and nick Denson they are doing amazing things and I'm slowly changing the truck over from kerkheart to Kahn lineup ( I'll still carry some kerk that I like for certain applications). Some tools we are seeing redesigns that will make life easier for me and some interesting new products I'm excited to try. Some really cool class rooms including how to better understanding radiographs. Also some possible cool news i filled out paper work to become a distributor for life data ( they make hoof clay, hoof finish for the thrush and the big product everyone knows farriers formula) so it's likely I'll be able to carry and sell those products on the rig. It's been over all another amazing year at the international hoof care summit.
