Schlegel Club Lambs Schlegel Club Lambs, located in Morgan Hill CA, raises and sells top quality club lambs to 4H, FFA, and other show exhibitors.

We started raising sheep 25+ years ago. Originally it was a purebred Suffolk flock which we showed successfully throughout California. Next was a great experience with purebred Shropshire sheep. These were shown throughout the US and again with good results. When Erin started 4H and her own sheep project we started moving into club lambs which are specifically bred for the show lamb classes at Fai

rs and Jackpots. We now only raise market/club lambs from Black-face Wether sire sheep. Our foundation ewes were either purchased from top breeders (Leventini, Farao, Fitch, Image) or produced winners for us. Rams are generally re-cycled every few years to make sure we are producing lambs exhibiting the current trend. Reference sires have included sheep from Burch, Rule and Leventini.
