💙🐾 A HUGE SHOUT-OUT TO OUR ALOHA OHANA! 🌺

Veterinary Technician Week is all about celebrating the amazing people who make Aloha Veterinary Hospital so special! Our technicians and entire team work hard every single day to care for our patients, support our clients, and make our hospital feel like family. ❤️

A very special THANK YOU to Kaitlyn for planning an incredible week filled with delicious meals, thoughtful gifts, fun prizes, and beautiful decorations throughout the hospital! You put so much love into making everyone feel appreciated, and it certainly showed! 🥰🎁🎉

We also want to thank:
🍳 Dr. Osborne for making us breakfast!
🥗 Holly for bringing in her delicious pasta salad for lunch!
🐾 Chewy for treating our team to breakfast and lunch throughout the day!

We are so grateful for the thoughtfulness, generosity, and love shown to our team this week. Veterinary medicine takes a special kind of heart, and we are lucky to have such an incredible group of people working together.

To our technicians, receptionists, assistants, and every member of our Aloha family — you are appreciated more than you know! 🌺❤️

From our Ohana to yours, thank you for everything you do! 🐶🐱💙

🐱💚 Comfort, Security & Fear-Free Feline Care at Aloha Vet!

Have you heard of the Calm & Cozy Cat Wrap? It’s more than just a cozy little blanket! 🌺

At Aloha Veterinary Hospital, we want our feline patients to feel as safe and comfortable as possible during their veterinary visits. The Calm & Cozy wrap can provide gentle, comforting pressure and help some cats feel more secure during examinations, blood draws, nail trims, and other procedures.

🐾 Why do we love it?
✨ Provides a sense of security for some anxious cats
✨ Helps reduce struggling and unnecessary restraint
✨ Can make certain procedures easier and less stressful
✨ Supports our Fear Free approach to veterinary care
✨ Helps create a more positive experience for both cats and their humans!

Every cat is different! We always watch each cat’s body language and adjust our approach to their individual comfort level. The wrap should never be forced on a cat who finds it frightening, and it must be applied safely without restricting breathing or causing overheating.

Our goal is simple: less fear, more comfort, and lots of love. Because at Aloha, our feline Ohana deserves compassionate care, too! 🐈‍⬛🌺

🐾💕 Meet Dolly! Our newest little Ohana member! 🌺

This adorable Welsh Corgi puppy came to Aloha Veterinary Hospital for her very first visit, and we wanted to make sure she started her veterinary journey on the right paw! 🐶✨

Our team introduced Dolly and her family to Fear Free handling — lots of whipped cream, plenty of positive reinforcement, and absolutely no forced restraint for her vaccines! 💉🍦

Because veterinary visits don’t have to be scary! By creating positive experiences from puppyhood, we help build confidence, reduce fear, and make future visits easier for everyone. ❤️

At Aloha, we believe in working with our patients, not against them. And if whipped cream helps make vaccines a little sweeter, we’re all for it! 😋🌴

Welcome to the Ohana, Dolly! We can’t wait to watch you grow! 🐾💖
