The most handsome Fred aka Count Me In, has a new home! Congrats, Rowan! His time here may have been short, but that was because he was the smartest 6yo ever! He won from the moment he stepped foot in the show ring in 🇺🇸, lots of tricolors! He also entertained us from day one, whether he was carrying his flat pan around his stall, putting it in his water bucket or eating anything Maddy offered him, including Cinnamon Toast Crunch. He loves his people and we know he will love having his own kid! We can’t wait to cheer you two on! Thanks to everyone who helped make this match possible!

USHJA Amateur Festival

Who can pass up the opportunity to go to KY and compete in the Walnut Ring! We can still remember Maddy’s first time competing at Pony Finals in this ring, before it moved 😢! It was pouring rain that day too (warm rain😂), but thankfully today we only had to get drenched while warming up and we got a break for actual show time!

Hank came into our lives after being a “practice horse” because he wasn’t a mover. He loves his job and shows it, but also keeps things interesting sometimes because why not! He even participated in the u/s class this week, his least fav, picking up some great scores!!

This duo has competed everywhere together since Maddy was 12! They won a class at Harrisburg, have been second multiple times at a final/indoors, scored 90s, but never have clinched a tricolor at a big show! Today they finally added that to their resume. 👏

Congratulations to Maddy and Hank on their Reserve Championship in the Adult Amateur 18-35 Division! They were also Reserve Champion Overall out of all the ages of Adult Amateurs.

🥈Adult Amateur 18-35 Classic

🥇Adult Amateur Handy - All Ages
🥉Adult Amateur Classic - All Ages

Thank you to Ken and Emily Smith for allowing Maddy to use Oscar this week in the Gladstone, he was amazing and she wanted to take him with us! Thanks to Tad for coming along and keeping Hank company and to the cheering squad at home. We also got to spend some time with finley and had a blast!
