Our incredible AO Fam 🤍

There truly are no words for the outpouring of love, support, and kindness our family and Franklin have received over the last few days. We are so incredibly grateful for every message, flowers or card sent, photo, memory, and thoughtful gesture. Every single one has meant more to us than we can put into words🤍

Thank you for loving Franklin, for loving our family, and for reminding us just how special our AO Fam truly is. We feel so incredibly lucky to have all of you in our lives. 🤍

We also want to thank everyone for your patience and understanding with fall scheduling. We are doing our very best to keep everything moving while navigating these incredibly difficult days one text at a time through the puddle of tears. If we have not reached out to you already, we promise we will get to schedules by Monday🤍

Facility Update ‼️Temporary Closure: In light of the recent and heartbreaking loss of our beloved Franklin🪽, our facility will remain CLOSED tomorrow, Friday, September 4th, as well as Saturday, September 5th, and Monday, September 7th. We will reopen for regular operations on Tuesday, September 8th.

While our physical doors are closed, our team will be working remotely over the next few days to assist with scheduling and reply to messages.

Please keep an eye on your email for updates, and we kindly ask for your patience if responses take a little longer than usual.If you have any photos or videos of Franklin from over the years, we would be deeply grateful if you shared them with us. Having these memories to look back on means the world to our family as we cherish his life and the legacy he leaves behind.

Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your incredible kindness, understanding, and support during this incredibly difficult time.

In honor of a truly one-of-a-kind soul Franklin. Our facility will be CLOSED tomorrow, September 3rd, as we prepare say our final goodbyes peacefully at home with his family by his side 🤍🪽

Franklin will forever be the core reason of our AO community, the very heartbeat of our organization, and our daily inspiration to continue to strive to touch one family and four paws at a time. The beautiful legacy he leaves behind is immeasurable, and he will always remain the center of our family. 🌈

As we navigate this immense grief, we ask that you keep our family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.
We kindly ask you to check back tomorrow for a status update regarding our Friday, September 4th reopening.

Frank is experiencing a significant rapid decline in his health, right now, our focus is on gaining answers through emergency testing at Penn Vet Hospital.

Because of this, Karli is not accessible through calls, texts, and emails may also be delayed at this time. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and grace while we navigate this difficult time.
