🚨 WE WILL BE CLOSED TOMORROW, SEPTEMBER 26TH 🚨

Due to the local state of emergency and the severe weather expected throughout the weekend, we have made the decision to close for the safety of our staff, clients, and pups. The area is expecting periods of heavy rain, strong and gusty winds, and potentially hazardous travel conditions through the weekend.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage everyone to please stay safe, avoid unnecessary travel, and take precautions with the weather.

Stay safe, AO Fam!🐾❤️

🤍 A Little Update from Aunt Kar 🤍

I’ll be taking the rest of this week to work remotely through Sunday.

Those doors are big ones to walk back into, and right now, I need a little time to shut down, refuel my energy, and find some peace. That being said, I am still working hard behind the scenes to keep things moving and get everyone on the schedule as best I can. I plan to make every effort to return to the office beginning Monday, September 14th.

Please know that classes, private sessions, and Day Camp will continue exactly as scheduled this week. If you need any immediate assistance while I’m remote, please speak with the girls on-site at the facility, they are fully briefed and happy to help however they can in my physical absence.

If you have a question or concern specifically about scheduling, please send me a text message and I’ll get back to you as soon as I’m able.

Thank you all so much for your patience, kindness, and understanding during this incredibly difficult time. It truly means more than you know 🤍🐾🪽💔

Our incredible AO Fam 🤍

There truly are no words for the outpouring of love, support, and kindness our family and Franklin have received over the last few days. We are so incredibly grateful for every message, flowers or card sent, photo, memory, and thoughtful gesture. Every single one has meant more to us than we can put into words🤍

Thank you for loving Franklin, for loving our family, and for reminding us just how special our AO Fam truly is. We feel so incredibly lucky to have all of you in our lives. 🤍

We also want to thank everyone for your patience and understanding with fall scheduling. We are doing our very best to keep everything moving while navigating these incredibly difficult days one text at a time through the puddle of tears. If we have not reached out to you already, we promise we will get to schedules by Monday🤍

Thank you for giving us the grace and understanding to take things one day at a time. Your kindness has meant the world to our family. 🐾🪽🐶

In honor of a truly one-of-a-kind soul Franklin. Our facility will be CLOSED tomorrow, September 3rd, as we prepare say our final goodbyes peacefully at home with his family by his side 🤍🪽

Franklin will forever be the core reason of our AO community, the very heartbeat of our organization, and our daily inspiration to continue to strive to touch one family and four paws at a time. The beautiful legacy he leaves behind is immeasurable, and he will always remain the center of our family. 🌈

As we navigate this immense grief, we ask that you keep our family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.
We kindly ask you to check back tomorrow for a status update regarding our Friday, September 4th reopening.

We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of love, messages and pictures both human and furry he has touched. Thank you in advance for your patience, and kindness from our entire community.

Please be patient with us and keep our beloved Franklin in your thoughts and prayers🤍

Frank is experiencing a significant rapid decline in his health, right now, our focus is on gaining answers through emergency testing at Penn Vet Hospital.

Because of this, Karli is not accessible through calls, texts, and emails may also be delayed at this time. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and grace while we navigate this difficult time.

Please keep our sweet Franklin (the sole reason) for the creation of this family owned business in your thoughts and prayers 🤍 We appreciate every kind thought, prayer, and bit of love being sent his way🙏 🐾💔
