"I would highly recommend them!!! I lost my Ozzy. Kyle went above and beyond to help us with the process!!! He made me feel comfortable from the first phone call !! Once arriving at the facility, He was such a calming personality in one of the toughest times in my life.
Today we went to pick up my boys remains and I really lost it, The lady ( I am sorry I don't remember her name) reached out and hugged me tight.
