A quick update about booking your pup’s next spa day! 🐾✨

At Woof Gang Montvale, our groomers pour their hearts into making sure your pets look and feel their absolute best. To protect our team’s schedule and ensure we can accommodate as many furry friends as possible, we are implementing a small $30 deposit for all new grooming bookings starting October 15, 2026.

This deposit goes directly toward your final bill on the day of your appointment and additional details are below:

How the Deposit Works: Beginning October 15, 2026, a $30 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Your deposit is automatically applied to your final bill at pickup. You may secure your booking with a card on file or via in-person payment (declined cards must be updated within 12 hours to retain your time slot).

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. Notice given under 24 hours or rescheduling the same appointment more than once will result in a forfeited deposit to help compensate your groomer's time.

Policy Exceptions: Exceptions to the 24-hour rule are granted for emergencies, severe weather, or sudden pet illness. If our salon ever needs to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or credited.

Existing Bookings & Account Status: Appointments booked prior to this policy launch remain unchanged. Deposit waivers for long-standing clients in good standing are at management discretion. Approved refunds process in 3–5 business days.

We truly appreciate your understanding, ongoing support, and for helping us keep our schedules running smoothly for everyone! 🐶 ❤️

🐾 A Little Pick-Up Reminder from Our Pack! 🐾

We know life gets busy, and we completely understand that sometimes things come up! 💕 We just wanted to share a little reminder about why prompt pick-ups are so important to us and, most importantly, to the pups in our care.

Once your pup’s grooming appointment is finished, they’re usually ready to head home, relax, and enjoy some well-deserved cuddles! 🐶💗 Staying in a busy grooming salon for longer than necessary can sometimes cause extra excitement, stress, or anxiety — especially when there are other pups coming and going.

Prompt pick-ups also help our groomers stay on schedule and allow our team to give their full attention to the pets who are still being groomed and cared for. ✂️🐾

📱 Keep an eye out for your “Ready for Pick-Up” text! We’ll reach out when your pup is getting close to being finished so you have time to make your way back to the salon.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our salon safe, calm, happy, and comfortable for every pup. 🥰

Thank you for being such wonderful members of our Woof Gang family! 🐾💗

Healthy Pets. Happy Pets. Always. 🐶✨
