We want to take a moment to give a very special THANK YOU to the incredibly talented Rebecca Johnson for her “More Than a Shelter Dog” portrait series.

Because of her beautiful, unique, and truly soulful photography, these dogs were seen in a whole new light—and the impact speaks for itself…

Every single one of these dogs got to feel special. Seen. Valued. Loved.

And then… there’s the story we may or may not have seen coming...

One very lucky pup didn’t even make it past the photo shoot…
Rebecca herself fell in love and brought her home to her family to forever be part of their beloved pack.

What started as a portrait session turned into a happy ending story, and we couldn’t be happier for this very lucky girl.

Rebecca, thank you for sharing your gift with us, for telling their stories in such a powerful way, and for helping these dogs find the lives they deserve.
