To our valued clients,

As we move into the new year, we would like to share a few important updates with you.

To continue providing the high-quality grooming services you expect, and to offset rising costs associated with supplies, labor, and facility operations, we will be restructuring our grooming prices effective April 1st. Please note that this is a price restructure, not a universal price increase, and not all clients or services will see a change. Any adjustments will reflect your pet’s specific grooming needs, size, coat condition, and service requirements.

Our commitment to the care, comfort, and results for your furry family members remains our top priority.

In addition, we will be updating our grooming policies and client agreements. The revised policies will be shared with you soon.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness to our groomers and clients, we will be enforcing the following policy:
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• No-shows and late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or result in a loss of booking privileges with The Paw Spa
• Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation
• By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy

Our groomers reserve time specifically for your pet, and missed or late appointments directly impact our ability to serve other clients.
