🐾 A QUICK PAWSCIENDA UPDATE! 🐾
Coming mid-October, our current program is being UPGRADED! 🎉
This is the program we use behind the scenes for bookings, payments, pet information, and more.
Don’t worry... you don’t have to do anything! All of your information will be transferred over, including your pet’s profile, appointments, saved card information, vaccine history, and more.
The upgraded program will also bring some improvements, including:
📱 Text-to-Pay
📅 Easier, more straightforward online booking
⚡ A faster overall system
✨ A more streamlined experience
We are already learning and practicing on an offline version of the new program so that our team can be as prepared as possible when we officially go live in mid-October!
That being said, there will still be a learning curve once we make the switch.
So, we have one very important favor to ask:
Please give our front desk team a little grace and patience during the transition! ❤️
We may be a little slower than usual while we get comfortable with the new system, and there may be a few moments where we have to figure out where something is or how to do something new. 😂
