NO-CALL, NO-SHOW POLICY

When you don't show up for your appointment without any communication, it affects more than just my schedule.

This isn't a side job—it's my livelihood. Every appointment I reserve is time set aside specifically for you. When that time goes unused, it's income I can't recover and an opportunity another client didn't get.

I understand that life happens. Emergencies, illness, and unexpected situations are part of life. All I ask is that you communicate with me as soon as you're able. A quick text or phone call goes a long way.

A no-call, no-show fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

If you, your pet, or an immediate family member is sick, there's been a death in the family, or another genuine emergency, the fee may be waived at my discretion.

Paws Bunk and Bath is a small business built on trust and respect. Thank you for respecting my time, my business, and the clients waiting for an appointment. Communication is always appreciated.
