🦩☀️ Our pups made a big splash for the first paw art of Playcation Month! ☀️🦩

Today, our pups flocked over to the art corner to create some flam-azing flamingos and bring a little piece of paradise home with them. 🌴🐾 Between the sunshine, playtime, and tropical vibes, we'd say our resort guests are settling into vacation mode quite nicely! 🏖️✈️

Sandy Paws Paw Art is included FREE for all daycare members and available as a $6 add-on for non-members. 🎨🐾

🎓🐾 That’s a wrap on another round of Level 1 and Level 2 Group Obedience! 🐾🎓

Jess and the entire Pet Place team couldn’t be prouder of these incredible pups and their dedicated owners. Over the past several weeks, we’ve watched dogs build confidence, strengthen their obedience skills, learn better manners, and most importantly, grow stronger relationships with their families.

From mastering the basics in Level 1 to tackling more advanced distractions and real-world skills in Level 2, every team put in the work and it showed! Training isn’t always easy, but the consistency, patience, and commitment these owners brought each week made a huge difference.

A big congratulations to all of our graduates! 🎉 Your dogs didn’t get here alone, and you should be just as proud of yourselves as we are of them.

Thank you for trusting Pet Place and Jess to be part of your training journey. We can’t wait to see what these pups accomplish next! 🐶❤️

Have you seen the monthly photo shoots at Pet Place yet?! 📸🐾

Every month, Hope somehow transforms a corner of Pet Place into the cutest, coziest little photo studio for the pups. From themed backdrops to adorable props and comfy setups, she seriously goes ALL OUT to make every dog look like professional models 😂✨

At this point we’ve started questioning why our treat budget keeps mysteriously increasing… and then we watch her pull out the treats to get 15 dogs wearing bandanas, hats, and costumes to somehow sit, pose, look at the camera, AND smile all at once 😅🐶

Honestly, it’s talent. Pure talent.

And before anyone asks… no, these are NOT AI 😂 These are real pups, real treats, and a whole lot of patience from Hope behind the camera 📷💛

Photo passes are just $10 for non-members and FREE for members!

We love getting to capture these fun moments for our Pet Place families and giving every pup their little “main character” moment each month 🐾✨

Join us Thursday, May 28 from 6:45–7:45 PM for our Pack Walk and enjoy the beautiful weather while training and bonding with your dog! 🌳🐶

Pack walks are a great way to:
🐾 Practice real-world training skills
🐾 Build confidence and focus around distractions
🐾 Improve leash manners and engagement
🐾 Enjoy structured socialization in a fun environment

Around here we like to play a little game called Who Is Who? because some of our daycare pups have TOTAL twins running around Pet Place 🤭🐶🐶

From matching curls to identical spots to the same goofy smile… sometimes even we have to do a double take!

Do you know what’s happening here during our closed lobby hours? 😴🐾

Nap time! And honestly… some of our pups are VERY excited about it 😂 After a full day of daycare play, enrichment, snuggles, and making friends, many of our dogs are completely ready to crash out and recharge.

We love peeking in and seeing everyone all cozy and comfortable after a fun-filled day at Pet Place 🐶💕

🐾 Tick season is here… and those little pests are already out in full force. 🌿☀️

Did you know ticks can carry diseases that affect both pets and people? The good news is there are simple ways to help protect your pup this season:

✔️ Stay current on flea & tick prevention
✔️ Check your dog after walks, hikes, or outdoor play
✔️ Pay extra attention around ears, paws, collars, and underbelly
✔️ Keep grass trimmed and avoid tall brush when possible

Some common signs of tick-related illness can include:
• lethargy
• limping or stiffness
• loss of appetite
• fever

At Pet Place, we always closely monitor the dogs in our care, and if we ever notice anything unusual or concerning with your pup, we will let you know right away. Our team is trained in pet first aid so we can respond quickly and appropriately if a concern ever arises. 🩺🐶

We do our best to maintain a clean environment and monitor pets closely, but parasites are a natural risk during warmer months, especially anywhere dogs gather outdoors.
