We are reaching out to our amazing supporters because, once again, we are absolutely drowning in veterinary expenses. 😭
After all of the recent emergencies, critically ill kittens, hospitalizations, surgeries, and TWO kittens requiring oxygen therapy, our veterinary bill has climbed to an astronomical amount.
💔 OVER $12,000. AGAIN. 💔
And the heartbreaking part?
WE JUST FINISHED PAYING IT OFF!
We worked so incredibly hard to get our veterinary balance paid off, and in what feels like the blink of an eye, we are right back where we started.
We don’t regret helping these animals. Not for one second. But the reality is that emergency veterinary care is incredibly expensive, and we simply cannot continue taking on these expenses without the help of our community.
These animals don’t get to choose when they become sick, injured, abandoned, or neglected. They don’t get to choose when they need emergency surgery, hospitalization, or oxygen to breathe.
And when those desperate calls come in, we do everything in our power to give them a fighting chance.
But we cannot do this alone. 💔
❤️ HERE IS SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT! ❤️
We have over 14,000 FOLLOWERS on this page!
Imagine if every single one of those followers donated just $5.
🐾 14,000 PEOPLE × $5 = $70,000! 🐾
SEVENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!
That would not only completely wipe out our current veterinary debt, but it would also give us the financial breathing room to continue saving lives without constantly worrying about how we are going to pay the next emergency bill.
Now, we know not everyone is in a position to donate, and we completely understand that. But even if just a fraction of our followers could spare $5, it would make an INCREDIBLE difference!
❤️ If just 2,400 of our 14,000 followers donated $5, that alone would raise $12,000!
That’s less than 18% of our followers!
Think about that for a minute.
We aren’t asking everyone to donate hundreds of dollars. We’re asking our community to come together because SMALL DONATIONS ADD UP TO SOMETHING HUGE!
If you love seeing our rescue stories, cheering on our survivors, celebrating our adoptions, and watching these animals get their second chances, please consider helping us continue making those stories possible. ❤️

Rosebird Veterinary Center — under Heidi’s Furry Friends Rescue Inc.
We are a small, foster-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue. We don’t have unlimited funding, and we don’t have some magical pot of money sitting around to cover these emergencies.
We rely on the generosity of people who believe that these animals deserve a chance.
And lately, the emergencies have been absolutely RELENTLESS.
We barely have time to recover financially from one before another comes through our doors.
One emergency can cost thousands of dollars. Add multiple hospitalizations, oxygen therapy, blood work, medications, surgeries, and around-the-clock veterinary care, and you can see just how quickly these bills pile up.
We cannot keep doing this without you. 💔
We want to keep saying YES when an animal desperately needs us.
We want to keep giving the sickest, most neglected, and most vulnerable animals a chance at survival.
But we NEED the financial support to make that possible.
Every $5, $10, $20, or whatever you can spare gets us one step closer to paying this bill down.
And if you cannot donate, PLEASE SHARE THIS POST! Sharing costs absolutely nothing, and it may reach someone who can help!
❤️ 14,000 FOLLOWERS. JUST IMAGINE WHAT WE COULD ACCOMPLISH IF WE ALL CAME TOGETHER FOR THESE ANIMALS! ❤️
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who continues to stand behind Heidi’s Furry Friends Rescue Inc.
We are exhausted. We are overwhelmed. And financially, we are struggling to keep up.
But we are not ready to give up on the animals who need us.
PLEASE HELP US GET THIS VET BILL BACK DOWN SO WE CAN CONTINUE SAVING LIVES! 🙏🐾❤️
