What is the importance of the dairy industry?
● Dairy products are high in nutrition! Milk, yogurt and cheese supply calcium for bone health alongside vitamin D and protein for overall health.
●The dairy industry helps support land management when allowing cows to graze.
●The dairy industry helps support the economy while supplying jobs not just on the farm but off of it. This includes milk haulers, milk processors, machinery sales and service and yes, you got it veterinarians!

Introducing laser therapy! This treatment delivers specific red and near infrared wavelengths of laser light to the body.
For the past couple of months, we have been introducing this new tool into our well-being packages for pets.
What are the benefits??
Laser treatments are proven to stimulate tissue repair and growth. The treatment accelerates the healing process by decreasing inflammation and decreasing pain. Light therapy provides a non-drug solution!

We had a break in our morning to welcome the kindergarten class from Iowa Grant Schools today. Dr. Meghan and CVT Alycia showed the kids around the clinic with the help of assistants Stacy and Carlee. They explained how a day works in a veterinary clinic and how important it is to keep their pet's healthy.
