Hey everyone! Just some reminders with holidays coming in fast!

1- if you have to to reschedule please try your best to give me a 24hr heads up so I can fil your spot! I am just a single person so when you dont show last minute it really does make a big dent in my financial setting, that being said if you dont call and dont show you will have to pay half of the grooming fee of the service that was booked
-100$ apt for haircut is 50$
-55$apt would be 25$ etc, etc...
-side note- I have had to reschedule and cancel a bit due to personal things in life so thank you to everyone who has shown nothing but grace and kindness to me ❤️

2- PREBOOK I cannot stress this enough. It is much easier to switch an apt with someone if you need to move your apt then it is to find a spot for a last minute pup! Prebooking ensures your spaw day for your pet and puts your groomer at peace knowing its handled. PLEASE BLOW MY PHONE UP UNTIL I GET YOU SCHEDULED IF YOU MESSAGED ME AND DIDNT GET A RESPONSE!

3- New Clients! Will be booked as I have space normally about 3 weeks or so depending on how busy I am etc. I am just one person and I love accepting new pups just have to be scheduled where I can get them in.

My messenger gets very slow and I have trouble
If I dont respond immediately give me a day or so, if i didnt respond most likely I am super busy with life and am booked for at least a week or 2. Please give me 24hrs and if I havent reached out dont Hesitate to message me again! I am bad about mistakenly looking over messages sometimes and the reminder text will put your message back to the top of my list! (I have gotten bad about this, and am trying to be better at responding sooner)
I appreciate everyone's patience with me, as my buisness grows it can get overwhelming and will be checking out a possible system to help me keep up with everyone better after I make it through the holidays season!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you all know, i have been working some Saturdays but I will not be working for the next 4 Saturdays(sept 12,19,26, and Oct 3rd)! I will work some Saturdays through the holidays! Enjoy these two babies that came to see me today 🥰 thanks so much everyone!

Hey everyone! If you have messaged me over the weekend or this week and I have not responded please bare with me. We had a unexpected death in the family, someone very close to me and im trying to keep up with everyone and handle these emotions.
