Help Wanted! Come BE part of the change you want to see in your community!

Everyone knows we need fosters — and that hasn’t changed. The more fosters we have, the more dogs we can save. 🐾

But there are also many important ways to help that don’t require bringing a dog into your home. We’re looking for volunteers with all kinds of skills and availability. Could you help with:

• Cleaning crates
• Walking dogs
• Assisting at events by walking dogs and caring for them
• Running errands or picking up supplies
• Administrative tasks
• Keeping dog profiles updated in our software
• Helping with meet-and-greets for potential adopters

It truly takes a village to keep rescue moving forward, and there are so many behind-the-scenes jobs that make a huge difference.

Please consider reaching out so we can find the best way to put your talents to work helping us continue our mission of saving dogs. ❤️🐶

Volunteer application can be found on our website: Www.timbertailsk9.com/applications

SHE HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!!

My name is Sammie! :)
I was brought in as an owner surrender. I am a very sweet but extremely shy and reserved girl. I am estimated to be around 7.5 years old and am a pure Chocolate lab weighing close to 45lbs. I am very small for a Lab! I have not been socialized in the past so everything that is new scares me to the point of just freezing in place. I need someone who is calm, patient and has the time to work with me. I warm up quickly and will stick to you like glue! I constantly have to be leaning or hugging on you for me to feel safe. There are no aggressive bones in my body, but again, I am terrified and everything is scary right now. I do not walk well on a leash and can thrash around when I do not want to go somewhere. I have not spent too much time indoors and have been a mostly outside dog. I get along with most other dogs, but I have never been around a cat before. I would do great in a home with a confident dog to show me the ropes! I have been around goats in the past with no issues. I have been around kids, but I would do best with older kids that respect my boundaries. I am already spayed, vaccinated and microchipped, now ready to meet my new forever home!

We are currently keeping this sweet girl safe while owners are located.
Can you help us find her home? Where dod she come from and how long has she been out. We are hoping there is someone out there who can connect us all together. Its rather important they are found. If not she'll find rest here at TTK9. But we'd love for her family to come fwd.
Identification will be required.

Current case # with GH sheriff.

Found running in Capitol forest a few days ago. We are hoping shes not another dumped dog 💔

Shes safe, fed and warm. No longer roaming scared and lost.
