I received a desperate call yesterday to fix what another groomer in town did to this pomeranian. When he came in he was still matted. Uneven. Head wasn't trimmed. He was choppy. A**l glands weren't expressed. Nails weren't done. I am mortified that people are trusting their dogs to these individuals. The owners and I aren't convinced she even bathed him. Much less conditioned him. I got this sweet boy evened out and fixed. I looked up the groomer and her photos of her groomed dogs said plenty. Does anyone research anymore? While I cant solve all the bad groomers issues, tonight I worked late & I solved this one.

Have you ever considered whether your groomer is truly equipped to handle emergencies? At Huckleberry Hound Spa LLC, we approach this issue with the utmost seriousness. While accidents are unwelcome, they can still happen. I have maintained ongoing education throughout my career, and I have just renewed my First Aid and CPR certification, which is absolutely necessary. Ensure that your groomer is up-to-date and prepared.

I am pleased to announce that my first certificate has arrived from the continued education show in Hershey, PA. This class exceeded my expectations, and I gained valuable insights. It is essential to recognize that learning is a lifelong process, which is why I make it a point to attend annual shows.

Any guesses on what upgrades are happening in the spa this week? Hint: Everything was emptied out except for the walls. I am beyond excited!
