Ava and Mia have trotted through the in-gate a total of 85 times. To say they are a formidable force would be an understatement.

This team has collected 28 blue ribbons, 21 red, and 12 top three finishes.

All this would not be possible without the love and gratitude these two have for one another.

After every ride, you’ll find Ava in Mia’s stall thanking her, but what you don’t see is Mia thanking her little girl back. 🖤🖤

As you face the in-gate this week, and feel the cold air call your name from Freedom Hall, remember:

Remember the work it took to get you here.
Remember the people in your corner rooting for you every step of the way. Remember your partner who shows up again and again for you without fail. Remember the blood, sweat, and tears you put into every ride.
