My kitchen has smelled like elderberries and warm spices all morning, which can only mean one thing...it's time to start making Elderberry Syrup for Back-to-School. It's one of my favorite signs that summer is winding down.
One thing I love sharing is how much of our own honey goes into every bottle.
Each batch is sweetened with honey from our very own bees, and every 16-ounce bottle contains over one-third cup of that honey—never refined sugar, corn syrup, or artificial sweeteners.
That honey doesn't just add sweetness. It brings together the richness of our bees' work with elderberries, ginger, Ceylon cinnamon, rose hips, and a handful of other botanicals into a syrup that's meant to become part of your family's seasonal rhythm.
We've been getting requests for our Elderberry Syrup, and I'm happy to say our first batch for Back-to-School will be heading to Come To The Table tomorrow morning. 🍯🐝🌿
