We are a private family owned boarding facility that is on 100 sprawling acres. We’re conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Monroe, Washington.

Amenities include:

- 100 acres with a hacking path and creek that bisects the property
- Grain and supplements fed (owner provided)
- Tack Locker
- 3 hot/cold washracks
- 2 round pens (both covered, 1 sand the other dirt)
- Indoor Arena with LED lighting and mirrors (80x180)
- Outdoor Arena (240x120)
- Arena and roundpens drug and watered daily
- Bumper Pull and Gooseneck Trailer Parking available (Semi horse trailer spots are limited)
- Multiple horse owners live on site
- AM/PM barn and pasture checks

No fault of her own, but we are again searching for the perfect person to half lease Sierra onsite at Rosecrest.

14 hand Mustang Mare for In Barn Partial Lease (Monroe, WA)

Posting on behalf of clients who are looking to partial lease their smart and sweet mustang mare. Sierra is easy to ride and doesn’t find much concerning or spooky. She is well trained and being ridden by a trainer several times a week.

Sierra does require a shorter person as she is around 14 hands and needs an intermediate rider who’s confident in the saddle.

Send us a message to learn more about Sierra and setting up a time to meet and ride her. The monthly cost of the partial lease is $400 and must remain at Rosecrest Equestrian Estate. Lessons are available for an additional $50/hr

Meet Lola, a 14.1 hand 10 year old Arabian Mare for in barn half lease

Lola is a sweet 10 year old Arabian mare who is 14.1 hands. She is more western type, but does enjoy being ridden hunt on occasion. She’s incredibly smart and enjoys patterning and has been introduced to the beginnings of trail coursework. She enjoys being ridden outside as well.

She is located at Rosecrest Equestrian Estate and must be leased onsite. We are located in Monroe, WA. The half lease is $375 Monthly that includes 2 rides per week. She needs an intermediate to advanced rider. Send us a message to set up a time to meet and ride Lola to see if she’s a fit.
