One pasture left until we run out of pastures!

We also offer full care stall board with multiple options such as stalls with runs and oversized stalls that open to a small sand paddock and into a larger grass turnout.

Amenities include:

- 100 acres with a hacking path and creek that bisects the property
- Daily turnout
- Grain and supplements fed (owner provided)
- Tack Locker
- 3 hot/cold washracks
- 2 round pens (both covered, 1 sand the other dirt)
- Indoor Arena with LED lighting and mirrors (80x180)
- Outdoor Arena (240x120)
- Arena and roundpens drug and watered daily
- Bumper Pull and Gooseneck Trailer Parking available (Semi horse trailer spots are limited)
- Multiple horse owners live on site
- AM/PM barn and pasture checks

Hard to find year round grassy pasture board for single or group horses. We just opened up three new pastures with good fencing and shelters due to requests.

Our clients find the peaceful setting with covered arena and stall or pasture board to be the right combination for both horses and riders. Contact us for a tour to see our bit of horse paradise.

Manny is recommended and loved by many and even Vets!* He rides 5 days a week, rain or shine both in the covered arena or around the property. Send us a message to learn more or schedule a time to tour and meet Manny. We have limited spots avaulable for August and September!
